The skin is cherry-brown, and when fully ripe brown-black. The flesh is bright red, crunchy, with a sweet wine taste. The fruit of this variety are considered very delicious.ADVICES
The tree is best planted in a sunny, slightly airy position. It prefers a sandy/clay soil which is moderately moist, and fertile. The optimum pH is in the range of 6.5-7.0.To stimulate future growth the tree should be pruned in the first year immediately after planting.
