DESCRIPTION
Reliance - this variety bears fruit annually, and at the same time very generously. Fruits are medium-sized, spherical with a deep furrow. They are covered in a velvety, intensely green and orange skin with a red blush. The taste of the fruit should not be underestimated - it is slightly sweet/sour and has a somewhat sharp flavour. The flesh is light yellowy orange, medium/firm and slightly coloured at the stone, which comes away from the flesh easily.ADVICES
Trees are best placed in a sunny position, sheltered from wind. Keep in mind that the soil should be well drained and fertile. The optimum pH is in the range of 6.5-7.0.To stimulate future growth the tree should be pruned in the first year immediately after planting. Formative pruning should be executed on the main stem, 20 cm above where the planned future branches will grow. The other branches should also be cut, reducing their length by one third. The best time to prune the peach tree is annually in the spring. It is important to spray early in spring to protect against peach leaf curl disease. This variety does not require a pollinator.
